Cancellation and Return Policy

Cancellation Policy 

For "Ready to Ship" items that ship the next business day, I'll need to get your cancellation request the same day as ordering so that I can cancel the shipment.

For custom order items that ship in 14 days, you can request cancellation within 48 hours of ordering.   

Contact me at QuiltedCupcake@gmail.com to request cancellation.   A full refund will be provided for cancellations made in accordance with the above guidelines. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Policy for QuiltedCupcake Handmade Items:

I want my customers to be 100% happy with their purchase, and will do everything I can to make that happen.  I sell two categories of items - Party Supplies and Crochet Items.  See below for return policy for each. 

  • Return Policy For Party Supplies:

Due to the nature of party supplies, these items are not able to be returned.  
However, if there is an issue with your product, please let me know so I can make it right.  

  • Return Policy For Crocheted Gift Items:

Crocheted gift items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, with the following guidelines:

To be eligible for a return, the crocheted item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused,  and in its original packaging. You are responsible for return postage, as I cover the cost of sending the initial shipment.

Refund for crocheted items are processed when returned item arrives to address provided. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if there are any issues. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 


Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at quiltedcupcake@gmail.com.
